Using Google - the tools and service.

 

Google has many useful service, tools and gadgets that can useful to librarians.

These include:

 

    1. Create your own search engine
    2. Design specialized search results
    3. Help users refine their searches

 

 

Google in SUNY Libraries

Morrisville

At Morrisville, we are using the new Custom Search Engine(CSE) as a search engine for the library website. You can find it at the bottom of any Morrisville College Library webpage or at Search the Library Website. Currently it only searches the library website itself but I am looking for ways to add our e-journals list to it.
